Jamie Krenn has been working with me for the past few years helping develop a cooking show pilot. After producing the first test episode, Jamie screened it for many children to gather information and feedback that we could utilize directly towards improving future episodes. Based on her thorough research, reports and evaluations, we concluded certain elements of the show need to be expanded and/or omitted so that lessons become clearer and attention rates increase. Her assistance and participation in several aspects of the show's development have been instrumental and she is an integral part of this project - including providing cognitive, educational and child development guidance. Additionally, she help craft a grant proposal with careful attention and detail. Finally, Jamie has been instrumental in creating a novel concept for the program involving visual images based on cognitive psychology and education concepts. I believe she utilizes scholarship in her field to the highest degree. In all of these roles, I have found Jamie to be very competent, dedicated and organized with a genuine interest to support this project. I would highly recommend Jamie to be a part of any children show's research team.
